Charming Stay with Exceptional Dining
We enjoyed a delightful four-night stay in a spacious double room. The staff offered warm hospitality and the breakfast was simply outstanding. We couldn't get enough of the delicious roast pork dinner, it's a must-try. Be prepared for generous portion sizes!

the staff were super friendly n helpful, made us feel really welcome. the location is just perfect rite by the cathedral n all the cool shops. our room was really spacious n clean with a comfy bed. loved that they offered free tea n coffee all day as well, really nice touch. breakfast was yummy too, we had a great start to our day!

Fairly spacious room with a lovely dark ambiance, perfect for a restful night. The hotel offers a fantastic breakfast selection, suitable for any preference, along with fresh-baked scones that were delightful. The location is extremely convenient, just steps from the theatre, making it ideal with mobility issues. noise from the race crowd was noticeable, even with ear plugs provided, and the initial cleanliness of shared areas could be improved.

The location was perfect for exploring the historical highlights of Chester. Enjoyed a cozy room with good amenities, and the breakfast was excellent. the noise from the bar did disrupt our sleep a bit, and the shower could use some improvement. it was a lovely stay!

had an amazin stay for 1 night. the location is perfect, right in the heart of chester and close to all the sights. breakfast was fab with so many choices and the sausages were yum! room was super comfy and spacious, we even had a bath which was a nice surprise. the staff were really friendly n helpful, they made us feel at home during our stay.
the noise from the race crowd outside was a bit loud but we had ear plugs so it wasn't too much of a bother. the fridge in our room was kinda noisy too.
